- Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
- Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
- Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
- Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
- Disable user accounts.
- Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
Return and Refund Policy
At Cherry Bomb Threads, we want you to love your apron. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In its original condition and packaging
To initiate a return, please email us at cherrybombthreads@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions from there.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
3. Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- If there’s an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item, damage), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized aprons
- Gift cards (coming soon)
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such on product page)
