Return and Refund Policy

1. Terms of Return
You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In their original condition and packaging

3. Accepted Reasons for Return
We accept returns for the following reasons:

• You changed your mind
• Wrong item received
• Item arrived damaged or defective

4. Return Process
To start a return, please email us at cherrybombthreads@outlook.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos (if damaged or incorrect item)

We’ll respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards (coming soon)
• Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked on product page)
